When you're a girl's dad, you must not be embarrassed or self-conscience about what your daughter may ask or demand you to do! My husband is one of the best girl fathers ever! Even when she wants him to put on a bright pink purse that says, "Paris" on it, and then go for a walk in the neighborhood, he does it proudly without hesitation! Go, dad! She thought it was the funniest thing, and I'm not going to lie, I got a kick out of it too! It brought me back to the days when my sisters and I put hair bows and barrettes in our dad's hair; allowing us to just be girls with our dad! Don't ever forget, guys, your baby girl's mother is very special in her life, but you make quite the impression on her even when she is a toddler just being silly!

Please allow my daughter to show you! Being around animals can teach you so much, and you never know just how observant your toddler can be until she shows you out of the blue one day. When she was playing with her farm animals one morning, she brought me her cow, and said, pointing to its utters, "This is where my milk is." When I asked her where she learned that, she responded by saying, "Poppa's house!" which is a ranch! Now when she sees a cow, whether real or fake, she just has to point out where her milk comes from. |
